Hi everyone, it’s hard to believe that VBS is already here but it is. We are only 13 days away from SADDLE RIDGE RANCH. We have supplies that are need for crafts and for snacks. We are planning on 100 kids at VBS. Just in case you didn’t know about 35 of those will be our very own kids from ELEMENT!

• Table cloths to work on the long white tables. Preferably, western theme or solid red or blue.
• Scotch Tape
• Washable Markers
• Twine (lots of this as we will be using it for at least three of the five crafts)
• Grossgrain Ribbon (western theme or solid red or blue)
• 200 (11 1/2inch) wooden skewers ( like used for kabobs)

FOOD ITEMS

• 1 LB bag of sugar
• 100 wild water juice pouches
• 1 gal lemon juice
• 4 large boxes chex cereal
• 160 oz cranberry juice
• 4 large boxes cherrio type cereal
• 140 oz ginger ale
• 4 large boxes honeycomb type cereal
• 300 (4 oz) plastic cups
• 3 bags of candy corn
• 2 lg packages of napkins
• 100 plastic spoons
• 4 cans of white frosting
• 1 box 100 count ziplock bags
• 5 containers of sugar sprinkles
• 3 bags dried apple bits
• 3 lg bags of mini m&m’s
• 200 paper plates
• 200 plastic knives
• 100 small bowls
• 1 1/2 gal cherry juice blend
• 330 oz cherry flavored sparkling water
• 4 large boxes thin stick pretzels
• 4 large boxes thin round crakers (like ritz crakers)
• 4 cans of easy cheese
• 2 large boxes chow mein noodles

Please help us out so we don’t have to spend money from the church if we can get donations. Don’t feel like you have to bring all 4 boxes of something just bring what you can and we will appreciate it immensely. If you have any questions, please contact me at robigirl@stermie.com.
